Charitable Horse Donations to the Emma Foundation
Introduction
As Riding Right has grown over the years, we've always been a supporter of local charities. The profits from our horse shows, for example, go to local educational groups, historical groups, and so forth.
One such charity is the Emma Foundation, which supports movement and sports education for young people. The Emma Foundation is a registered non-profit charity, based in our area. (Their web site is at http://www.theemmafoundationonline.org for more information.) We're now working in collaboration with the Emma Foundation to include horses and horsemanship as part of their program. The Foundation accepts donations of appropriate horses - animals which can be used for the education of young riders, and uses them to support riding and other sports activities for young people.
