Riding Week: an Equestrian Learning Vacation at RIding Right

More and more often, riders have been coming to Riding Right for a week of intensive instruction - a rider's vacation. Riders often come to the farm looking for a 'breakthrough' week, something to get them past a plateau or obstacle which is holding back their riding.

Typically, we structure this for a six-day week, usually running from Sunday to Friday, with two lessons a day. Since Cambridge is a beautiful area, right on the edge of Vermont and the Green Mountains, this makes a great way to spend a vacation mixing riding and relaxing.

But since each rider is different, each week is different, too. We structure your week around your individual needs and interests, including the mix of lesson types and the mix of work and fun.

Here's what we normally do - but it's all subject to what you desire:

• Meet you at the airport. (Albany County, NY - ALB)
• Coordinate with the local (and very charming) B&B-style hotel for you accommodation.
• Set up a lesson schedule with you, to your convenience, and on the topics you want the most.
• Help guide you to the best local destinations, including Manchester VT, Saratoga, NY, and Williamstown, MA (all about 45 minutes away).
• The fee we charge is just the cost of the relevant lessons. You are responsible for transportation and accommodation charges.
